  • What is the return policy?

  • What are the shipping options?
    All of my parcels are delivered by Royal Mail. On the website there are different shipping options. The delivery charges depend on the options and weight. You can choose from: - Royal Mail 24 (1-3 working days) standard - Royal Mail 48 (3-10 working days) standard - Royal Mail 24 (1-3 working days) signed for - Royal Mail 48 (3-10 working days) signed for We deliver to worldwide, all parcels are Tracked and Signed. The delivery charge depends on the country and weight.
  • When will I receive my order?
    You will receive your order between 5-7 working days after payment confirmation. Please note that the delivery time can be longer at peak periods. Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Bodri Shop. These interruptions include, but are not limited to, delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholder's credit/debit card. If for any reason Bodri Shop cannot guarantee your delivery, we will let you know as soon as possible. Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Bodri Shop or the carrier.
  • What do I do if I have not received my order?
    During the busy periods the delivery time may be extended by a couple of days. If you do not receive your order in 30 days, please contact me via email: info@bodrishop.com Busy periods include Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day and Public Bank Holidays.
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    If your item is damaged or defective, please contact me as soon as possible. Take some pictures of the packaking (would like to see how damaged it is) and the damaged item and send them to my email address: info@bodrishop.com I will respond to you within 24-48 hours.
  • How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?
    Contact me in email as soon as possible on info@bodrishop.com email address. After I have shipped your order, I cannot accept any changes.
  • When is my order shipped?
    Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding UK public bank holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
  • Which countries do you ship to?
    We ship to every country, all over the world.
  • How do I know if an item is in stock?
    All items are in stock unless "Out of stock" is indicated. On receipt of your order if any items are unavailable , we will inform you by email and we will offer you a refund or alternative availability date where possible.
  • Can I deliver to another address, other than my billing address?"
    Yes, it is possible if the delivery address is in within the UK. There will be the option to put the delivery address at the checkout.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal payment. Accepted Credit Cards: VISA, Master Card, American Express Accepted Debit Cards: Visa & MasterCard. Purchase now, pay later (6 instalments): Laybuy PayPal payment Please note that all payments are charged in Sterling Pounds. The final amount reflected on your bill may differ depending on the exchange rate at the time your bank processes the transaction.
  • Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
    To ensure a safe payment procedure, our website uses Secure Trading for a reliable and secure internet payment gateway.
  • Do I need to register and set up an account to shop?
    It is not mandatory to register. However, if you choose to we will retain your contact details, which will be retrieved when you login on your next visit. Please note that due to security reasons, we will not retain your card details. And with the Data Protection Act we don't share your information with other companies.
  • Is there a minimum order value?
    There is no minimum order requirement. Delivery charges will remain as specified.
  • Is my personal information kept private?
    Any information that you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your consent, except as required by law or to fulfill an order contract with you.
  • Do you ship packages internationally?
    Yes, we do. The International shipping cost depends on the destination country and weight.
  • If you accept bank transfer how long do customers have to make payment before their order is cancelled and items returned to stock?
    Customers have 14 days to pay for their orders before cancellation.
